The Hudson Farm Club

A private facility situated on 3,800 beautifully landscaped and wooded acres in pastoral Sussex County, NJ. Conveniently located just 4 miles from Route 80 and 1 hour East of NYC, the Hudson Farm Club is home to the Griffin & Howe Shotgun and Rifle Marksmanship School as well as its showroom and outfitter.

The Club is the founder of the Hudson Farm Foundation a supporter to a wide range of organizations. We offer charities the opportunity to host a fundraising benefit at our world-class sporting clay course throughout the Summer months.

Sporting Clays

Often referred to as “golf with a shotgun” is a safe, exciting, and rapidly-growing sport. Teams of four will traverse scenic stations, each presenting a different moving clay target with varying speed, distance, and direction. Unlike golf you do not have to spend hours chasing a ball around the course. If you are concerened about your shooting ability, have no hesistation, you will be guided by one of our world class instructors who can assist you along the way.

You can choose to host a morning or afternoon event including a round of sporting clays and gourmet meals prepared by our skilled chef and attentive kitchen staff.  A nature hike guided by the NJ Audubon Society is available for non-shooters. Past benefits have also included live and silent auctions, cigar and cognac tastings, cooking demonstrations, and nature photography lessons. Our friendly and professional staff will ensure you and your guests a most memorable experience.
