This is a Hudson Farm charity fundraising shoot. The event is organized by the Marine Reconnaissance Foundation - registration is open to the public via their website.
The 2nd Annual Reconnaissance Foundation Sporting Clays event will take place on Tuesday 7 November 2023 at the Hudson Farm Club.
This event assists in raising funds supporting Marine Corps & Navy Recon personnel and their families through our reoccurring programs:
-Annual Gold Star Family Retreat (April/May in San Diego & Hawaii)
-Annual Gold Star Children’s Summer Camp at Echo Hill Ranch (June in Texas)|
-Annual Traumatically Wounded Teammate & Family Retreat (October in Montana or Florida)
11:30am: Registration & Lunch
1:00pm: Safety Instruction
1:30pm: Firing of Cannon & Shooting Clays Start
5:00pm: Cocktail Reception
6:00pm: Dinner & Awards
Shooting Packages Include:
100 rounds of sporting clays on a 20-station private course with professional instruction, shotgun rental (if needed), ammunition, golf cart, course fees and gratuities, lunch, cocktails and dinner.
Please dress in golf attire (no jeans) with consideration for the terrain and weather. No experience necessary - beginners welcome! Break-open guns only should you choose to bring your own shotgun. Shells will be provided; no outside ammunition is permitted. Valid photo ID must be shown to borrow a gun. An adult must sign for all registrants under the age of 18. The club is not able to accommodate shooting teams with more than 4 people in a group. No cell phone use on the sporting clay course. Hudson Farm continues to make accommodations to protect player safety. Please bring a refillable water bottle. Filling stations are available on the course.
