Title: Griffin & Howe After Hours – Fly Tying Class

Griffin & Howe After Hours Fly Tying Class with Susan Reed from Trout Unlimited

Thursday March 13th, 6pm – 9pm

We’re hosting instructor Susan Reed from Trout Unlimited for a hands-on fly tying class in the Griffin & Howe dining room. Learn how to tie a Wooly Bugger, explore different color and style variations, and discover the materials and tools that make it all come together. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to refine your skills, this class is for you.

This is the first class of our new ‘Griffin & Howe After Hours’ series, where we host a monthly educational social gathering on the second Thursday of every month. These events will feature expert speakers, including professional hunters, world-class outfitters, renowned firearms specialists, biologists, and conservationists. Our knowledgeable staff will be on hand to answer all your questions, with extended access to our showroom for all your sporting needs. Join us for an evening of camaraderie, insights, and exclusive opportunities to deepen your knowledge and appreciation of the sporting tradition.

About Trout Unlimited

Founded in Michigan in 1959, Trout Unlimited [TU] is a national non-profit organization with 300,000 members and supporters dedicated to conserving, protecting and restoring America’s coldwater fisheries and their watersheds.  TU works from coast to coast to protect, reconnect, restore and sustain trout and salmon habitat on behalf of today’s anglers and coming generations of sportsmen and women who value the connection between healthy, intact habitat and angling opportunity.

The Fred S. Burroughs North Jersey Chapter of Trout Unlimited is New Jersey’s first chapter founded in 1969.  We bring together diverse interests to care for and recover rivers and streams so our children can experience the joy of wild and native trout and salmon. We sponsor stream clean-ups, stream restoration projects, casting clinics, fly fishing trips, and fly tying clinics.
