In its heyday, roughly between 1900 and the crash of 1929, Parker produced some of the finest, highest-grade doubles made in the United States. The VH and its ejector version the VHE were the second lowest grade offered, above their “Trojan” model. This example is quite worn and occasionally has trouble tripping its ejectors. Otherwise the firearm appears functional, with positive function of both hammers and a new lever return spring installed. The stock has also been lengthened and a recoil pad installed.
