The Remington Model 241 is a semi auto .22 rimfire rifle based largely on John Moses Browning’s work with the Browning SA-22 and as such shares many of the design characteristics. Overall condition of this example is excellent and appears to be entirely refinished. It can be seen that over time several different types of optics mounts were used on this rifle before it was re finished, the evidence of this is 4 extra screw holes which have been plugged with grub screws.
