This Interesting Damascus barreled, back action hammergun, credited to “Thos Richards” could be an interesting gunsmithing project or wall hanger. Overall condition is unusable, the action is off face, the locks are currently non functional and the hammers appear to not match the locks. The barrel, although pitted and dented still rings like a church bell, so there is still likely life left in it. The stocks are both cracked. Everything aside from the hammers appears to be original and present, so this is a very good candidate for rebuilding as it will lend practice to all fields of gunsmithing.
