The Winchester Model 1907 and 1910 were blowback operated semi automatic carbines, designed shortly after the turn of the century. Their usage of moderately powerful centerfire cartridges and compact size immediately made them popular amongst law enforcement and sportsmen alike, with some contracts even going to various military organizations. This example, made in 1926 is in fair to good overall condition, but has been modified to have a weaver swing away mount with a Weaver K2.5 60B riflescope, as well as a barrel band and stock sling studs. The stocks have also been refinished, with a crack visible in the forend, as this was a common problem with this model.
