You agree to take particular care when providing us with your details and warrant that these details are accurate and complete at the time of ordering. You also warrant that the credit or debit card details that you provide is your own credit or debit card and that you have sufficient funds to make the payment.
2.2. Products and services purchased from this Website are intended for your use only and you warrant that any Goods purchased by you are not for resale and that you are acting as principal only and not as agent for another party when receiving the goods or services.
2.3. When ordering from this Website you may be required to provide a username and password. You must ensure that you keep these details secure and do not provide this information to a third party.

We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.
2.5. Any order that you place with us is subject to product availability and acceptance by us. When you place your order online we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. This email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your order details. The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your order. Once we have sent the confirmation email we will then check availability and contact you with a further email. If the Goods are available and the details of the order are correct, this email will be deemed an acceptance and will specify delivery details and confirm the price of the Goods purchased. If the Goods are not available we will also let you know by email.

3.2. The total price for Goods or Services ordered will be displayed on the Website when you place your order. Full payment must be made before Griffin & Howe, Inc. will ship any Products.

To ensure that shopping online is secure, your debit/credit card details will be encrypted to prevent the possibility of someone being able to read them as they are sent over the internet. Your credit card company may also do security checks to confirm it is you making the order.

Responsibilities of the Customer
6.1. Unlawful Use:
Customer shall not use our Website or products for any unlawful purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to the transmission of information or the offering of any service which is contrary to any applicable law or regulation, abusive, harmful, threatening, defamatory, pornographic or which could be considered offensive in any other way.
6.2. If you make any public comments on this Website which are, in our opinion, unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, fraudulent or obscene or in any other way inappropriate or which conflict with the Website or the Services offered, then we may at our discretion, refuse to publish such comments and/or remove them from the Website.
6.3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your passwords and login details and for all activities carried out under your password and login.
Merchandise (Not Firearms) Cancellations and Returns
7.1 Cancellations:
7.1.1 You must notify us immediately if you decide to cancel your order preferably by email at info@griffinhowe.com or by phone. Please include your order number or have available.
7.1.2 Orders must be cancelled before an item ships to be eligible for a complete refund. We will refund or re-credit your debit or credit card with the full amount minus any applicable credit card fees. This refund will be processed within 14 days from the time that you notify us of your intention to cancel.
7.1.3 Any canceled orders containing special order items that we do not normally carry will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
7.2 Returns:
7.2.1 Returns require pre-authorization by an agent of Griffin and Howe. Please request authorization by sending an email, calling Griffin and Howe, or sending a written request for return authorization.
7.2.2 Upon receiving your request, we will confirm and provide you with authorization to return the item(s).
7.2.3 Unused goods are subject to a full return, less the cost of shipping and any applicable credit card fees.
7.2.4 Goods that have been used are subject to 25% restocking fees, and/or return approval by an agent of Griffin and Howe. The final decision to accept a return will be made when the goods are received by Griffin and Howe and inspected.

11.3. If any term or condition of our Agreement shall be deemed invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the parties herby agree that such term or condition shall be deemed to be deleted and the remainder of the Agreement shall continue in force without such term or condition.

11.5. No delay or failure on our part to enforce our rights or remedies under the Agreement shall constitute a waiver on our part of such rights or remedies unless such waiver is confirmed in writing.
11.6. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to anyone at any time without notice or reason.
Firearm Purchases
12.1. All firearm purchases must be shipped to a Federally License Firearms Dealer (“FFL”). Firearms will not ship until paid in full and a copy of a valid firearms dealer license is provided to us. Firearm orders over 15-days old without FFL paperwork will be canceled and charged a 25% restocking fee with a $25 minimum.
12.2. All local orders that are not picked up within 14 days will be canceled and charged a 25% restocking fee with a $25 minimum.
12.3. It is your responsibility to fully inspect the firearm at your FFL PRIOR to accepting it into your possession. You will have three days from the date of delivery to your FFL to inspect the firearm. If you find the firearm is not functional or advertised incorrectly you have the right to return the firearm and receive a refund less any shipping and insurance fees. Returns on firearms that have been transferred to you are not allowed.
12.4. You must be 18 years of age or older in order to purchase a rifle or a shotgun and you must be 21 years of age or older in order to purchase a handgun.
12.5. You are responsible for knowing and understanding the laws and regulations in your state of residence regarding the sale, purchase, transfer and possession of firearms.
12.6. By purchasing firearms from us you are agreeing that you are allowed to purchase, own and possess firearms according to any and all Federal and State laws.
12.7. We may require a copy of a valid driver’s license prior to shipping certain items purchased on our website.
12.8. Used firearms, unless stated otherwise, are believed to be functional; however they are not tested, fired or reviewed by a Gunsmith.

13.1. We hold the copyright to the content of this Website, including all uploaded files, layout design, data, graphics, articles, file content, codes, news, tutorials, videos, reviews, forum posts and databases contained on the Website or in connection with the Services. You must not use or replicate our copyright material other than as permitted by law. Specifically, you must not use or replicate our copyright material for commercial purposes unless expressly agreed to by Us, in which case we may require you to sign a License Agreement.
