The Tri State Youth Safety and Shooting Education Foundation is offering four-week archery programs to grades 5 – 12, and has partnered with Griffin & Howe Archery Academy and the Hudson Farm Foundation to host the programs at their new indoor archery range facility at Hudson Farm. These classes are aimed at improving skills and educational performance among students in grades 5 – 12. Through the discipline of archery, students are learning focus, self-control, patience, and the life lessons required to be successful in the classroom and in life.
Must have completed Intermediate Archery and have own traditional or compound bow. Range finder and binoculars are also recommended. This program introduces the sport of 3D archery and how to shoot from elevated, seating and standing positions, using range-finders and understanding 3D target scoring.
The course will be held on the following four Sundays:
Week 1: April 7th
Week 2: April 14th
Week 3: April 21st
Week 4: April 28th
Session 1 – 10am - 12pm
Session 2 – 12.30pm - 2.30pm

The price for the four week course is $100 per student - although the full fee is $200, the Hudson Farm Foundation will be covering 50% of every student’s cost.
