They specialize in hunts for Red Stag, Elk, Fallow Deer, Himalayan Tahr, Chamois, White Tail Deer, Pigs, Feral Goat or Ram, and Sika/Rusa/Samba. The finest Otago red stags are found around Hāwea and the Southern Lakes region, and trophy fallow deer can be stalked in the wild or on a private native bush block, home to the original blue mountain fallow deer herd.
Red Stag Hunting

These challenging mountain hunts are led by experienced guides, offering opportunities to harvest trophy-quality Tahr amidst breathtaking alpine scenery. Helicopter access is often available. The Tahr hunting season is typically year-round, with a peak season from April to August, in the Southern Alps of the South Island.
