BROWNING SA-22 .22 LR

Introduced in the early 20th century and based on a John Browning design, the Browning SA-22 has become one of the most recognizable classic rimfire rifles. Its distinctive bottom-ejecting action and takedown design set it apart from more conventional semi-automatic .22s, while its slim proportions and traditional wood-and-steel construction give it the unmistakable character of a vintage Browning.

Produced in 1959, this SA-22 is a particularly nice example of the design. The compact takedown configuration makes for a unique rifle, and the combination of its age, classic styling, and original box gives this one plenty of vintage appeal. The rifle remains in very good overall condition with little to no notable wear, presenting exceptionally well for its age. It is accompanied by its original box and paperwork, completing a very attractive and well-preserved 1959 Browning SA-22 package.
