This flintlock pistol, built on a London Warranted Lock, is a fascinating example of an original defensive pistol which would commonly be used throughout the Americas and English colonies. Overall condition is fair to good, considering its age, the finish has almost completely faded to a brown patina, with areas of finish loss and light corrosion. The barrel shows vise marks from the breech plug being removed for cleaning and the stock has been repaired above the lock.
