MAUSER LUGER S/42 9MM

The Mauser Luger is one of the most iconic military pistols ever produced, serving as Germany’s standard sidearm through both World Wars. This example was produced in 1936 by Mauser, identified by the S/42 manufacturer’s code used on military contract Lugers during the pre-war period. As a 1936 production pistol, it represents the early years of Germany’s military rearmament and remains a desirable variation among Luger collectors.

This Mauser Luger S/42 chambered in 9mm is in good overall condition and retains strong collector appeal. It is fitted with large stag grips that give the pistol a distinctive appearance and unique character. The metal surfaces show handling marks consistent with age and use, while the bore is in fair condition. A solid representative example of a pre-war Mauser-produced Luger, this pistol would make a nice addition to a military firearms collection or for anyone seeking a historic P.08 with attractive presentation.
