This peculiar Winchester model 12 started its life in 1926 as a trap model, which would have had a 30″ full choke vent ribbed barrel and upgraded wood, but over time the configuration has been changed to more skeet oriented. This alteration took the form of a shortening of the barrel to 27″, which removed the choked area of the barrel, and the swapping of the wood to an equally high grade of wood, but in a newer configuration, this new stock is also heavily bent for left handed cast. Overall condition of the firearm is very good with a number of refinished parts and most of the wear in the receiver, which maintains its now 100 year old finish.
