The New Jersey State Federation of Sportsmen's Clubs 2026 Jamboree Featuring The New Jersey DEP Fish & Wildlife 2026 Deer Classic and the Griffin & Howe 2026 3D Archery Classic
June 6th and 7th, 2026
We are proud to announce that the annual NJSFSC Sportmen’s Jamboree and the annual NJFW Deer Classic will be hosted at Griffin & Howe on the weekend on June 6th – 7th, 2026!
This will be an action packed outdoor-themed weekend full of family events to see and do, including:
Food and drink
50+ local and national vendors
Guest speakers (Amanda Lynn Mayhew, Kip Adams, and more TBA)
Giveaways
Novelty archery shoots
Youth fishing derby
Youth archery education hosted by United Bow Hunters of NJ
Hunter and trapper education classes
Griffin & Howe Gundog demonstrations
Entry to the Jamboree is free however a donation of canned goods or non-perishable food items is kindly requested towards a charity food drive.
We will also be hosting our inaugural Griffin & Howe 3D Archery Classic, featuring three different courses that can be shot over the course of the weekend. These have limited spots so make sure to sign up for your preferred arrow launch time in advance!
3D Archery Classic
The three courses will be:
1 – Eastern Chapter of the Wild Sheep Foundation Course
2 – Garden State Chapter of Safari Club International Course
3 – Appalachian Bowmen Course
Each course will be available to shoot on both Saturday June 6th and Sunday June 7th; we will have a series of staggered arrow launch times for each course, for up to 6 shooters.
There will be 25 targets per course, with distances ranging from 15 – 100 yards.
Check-in will open from 7.30am and flights will start from 8am.
Please note – if you would like to shoot more than one course in the same day, please allow 4 hours from the start of your first arrow launch time before your second arrow launch time.

About the New Jersey Federation of Sportsmen's Clubs Jamboree
The New Jersey Federation of Sportsmen’s Clubs holds an annual convention as well as a Sportsmen’s Jamboree, which features food, music, local vendors, sporting demonstrations, youth activities and much more. In 2026 the Sportmen’s Jamboree will be held at Griffin & Howe at Hudson Farm on Saturday June 6th and Sunday June 7th 2026.
The New Jersey Federation of Sportsmen’s Clubs is a group of outdoor enthusiasts that maintain hunting, fishing, and trapping are vital resources in natural resource conservation. They represent more than 150,000 hunters, trappers and fishermen throughout the state of NJ and support local chapters at the county level. Their purpose is to create an awareness and encourage the people of New Jersey to have a commitment in the wise use and management of our natural resources.
About the New Jersey DEP Fish & Wildlife Garden State Deer Classic
The annual Garden State Deer Classic features outstanding white-tailed deer harvested during the previous year’s hunting seasons and recognizes the hunters who took them.
About the New Jersey Outdoor Alliance
The NJOA was formed in 2007 to give the outdoorsmen and women of New Jersey a voice. Their mission is to serve as a grassroots coalition dedicated to environmental stewardship, championing the intrinsic value of natural resource conservation – including fishing, hunting and trapping – among opinion leaders and policy makers.
