This Cimarron copy of the Winchester 1873 rifle is a fantastic way to experience history, without risking damage to an original. Made with Italian craftsmanship and modern materials, this rifle should handle even some of the more modern loads for the .45 long colt, and the 30 inch barrel will ensure enough velocity to accomplish any task from simple target practice, to black powder silhouette shooting, to hunting. This particular rifle is in fantastic condition, the bore looks to have never been shot, or at least very sparingly, and externally only the lightest of handling marks can be found. The only wear of note is a small scratch on the battel 7 inches from the muzzle and it looks as if some of the grease that the rifle was stored with may have reacted with the brass lifter causing discoloration and a bit of gumminess.
