With their production run starting in 1971 and lasting for roughly 14 years, the Colt Sauer Sporting Rifle is often described as “incomparable”. This example is in good condition, with moderate wear that is fitting for its age. The only wear of note is the mild spots of corrosion and a few scratches on the barrel near the end of the forend. Mounted on this fine sporting rifle is a fairly new Swarovski Z6I 2-12 optic with 4A-I reticle. Optic has a few scratches to the housing from use.
