The parker VH is one of the most prolific American shotguns of the early 1900’s and are known for their reliability and durability. This Parker VH 16Ga is in good mechanical function with a tight lockup. The bores are quite clean for their age, only showing minimal wear in front of the chambers. The stocks have been replaced with a handsome set of highly figured maple stocks. The metal condition has taken quite a bit over the years, but the receiver still shows some original case hardening and much of the classic VH engraving is untouched. The bluing on the barrels is quite strong, possibly being reblued at some point, however it seems to have sat for some time and collected a minor amount of corrosion and dings across its length and a stain where the hand might have laid.
