The Colt New Pocket was the first swing out cylinder, double action revolver offered by the company, with the Pocket Positive being the upgraded version with the new Positive Lock feature. The Pocket Positive was manufactured from 1905 to 1940, with this one manufactured in 1914. Overall condition is fair to good, with some areas of finish loss on the barrel and brown patina on the frame as well as a few areas of corrosion. The grips are original hard rubber and are cracked at the locator pin. Mechanical condition is good, with positive function of the sears, however the timing is slightly slow and will need correction.
