Join us for an immersive training session in quail hunting, designed to enhance your wing shooting skills regardless of your proficiency level. Whether you’re a novice or an experienced hunter, our expert instructors will guide you through the fundamentals of quail hunting.
Our Quail clinic begins with a comprehensive classroom session where participants, grouped into fours based on experience, will delve into the essentials of what to expect when quail hunting. We’ll cover the nuances of hunting in the field, including safety protocols, determining your dominant eye for dog positioning, as well as understanding optimal positioning for the covey rise, and the general etiquette of quail hunting.
Transitioning to the trap field, the practical segment of the class focuses on clay target presentations specifically crafted to replicate real field hunting scenarios and the flight patterns of quail. Embrace the challenge of fast and unpredictable flight lines while gaining awareness of shooting angles crucial for successful quail hunting.
$535 per person (plus applicable NJ sales tax). All cartridges and clays are included.
Dress code: no t-shirts, blue jeans or open-toed shoes please.
Cancellation Policy: Must contact us to cancel 10 days prior to class to receive full refund, or 72 hours prior to class to receive a 50% refund (minus credit card processing fees and applicable NJ sales tax). Any cancellations made less than 72 hours before the class date cannot be refunded.
