The Western Field Model 50 was in fact a Stevens Model 5100, made specially for Montgomery Ward. Overall condition is good, with moderate wear, befitting a gun made for utility. The barrels have a few scrapes, dings and spotted corrosion, and have also faded to a consistent brown. The receiver has also faded to brown and has similar spotted corrosion as areas on the barrels. The stocks show no major damage aside from s crack forming on the left side of the head, which appears to have been repaired at some point.
