The “Zulu” was an inexpensive shotgun made in the late 1800s by converting either a French Tabatière rifle or a British Snider rifle. This ZULU Single Shot 12 gauge features a brass receiver and is in fair overall condition. The brass exterior is in fair condition, with most of the oxidation confined to the interior surfaces. The stock is in fair condition with handling marks and wear throughout. All metal components show pitting, and the barrel has rust and pitting across its exterior. The bore is fair but has heavy corrosion and pitting. The rear tang of the receiver is cracked. Overall, the gun shows consistent signs of its age and use throughout.
