The Browning Auto 5 was the first commercially successful, mass produced, semi automatic shotgun. It was designed by John Moses Browning in 1898 and patented in 1900, making it continuously produced in one form or another for almost 100 years. This gun was made in 1967, the first year they were available. This example of an A5 Magnum 20 is in very good overall condition, with light to moderate wear, but has had its factory butt plate replaced with a recoil pad.
