The Remington Model 30 was designed shortly after WW1 as a method of using the stockpiled parts that had been made for the M1917 and P14 military rifles. Early examples used modified barrels, receivers, triggers, and parts from the bottom metal, though later guns used new production pares and were available in various cartridges. This example is of one of the more deluxe models, specifically the Model 30 Express, which featured a 22″ barrel and factory mounted Lyman sights. Overall condition is excellent, considering its age and only has light to mild handling marks.
