The Mossberg 395KB was designed to be a durable, multipurpose shotgun for the working man. Its durable bolt action, magazine fed design lends it to be shot easily by anyone familiar with rifles, and its good dimensioned stock and simple to tune C-LECT choke allow it to be easily used in any application that a hunting shotgun may be needed. This particular example shows moderate wear overall, having possibly spent its life in and around the duck blind. The stock is in good condition, with no cracks or water damage, and only moderate handling marks as a sign of its use. The metal parts are in fine functioning condition, with mild corrosion starting to peak through the bluing in some areas and a small amount of rust on the bolt itself.
