This rifle started its life as a Swedish, model of 1894 Carbine, but like many military rifles after the war, was crudely cut down into a light weight hunting rifle. The barrel condition is good, with light erosion and the stock has been shortened and re contoured. The receiver has also been drilled and tapped to fit a cheap Japanese optic.
