Originally produced in 1962 the Remington Model 700 is one of the most ubiquitous bolt action rifles in the American market. this custom example has had nearly all parts aside from the action replaced. It has been fitted with a new barrel chambered for the powerful 8x68S cartridge, and outfitted with a custom wood stock with Schnabel forend. Overall condition of the build is very good, with tidy work done, however it is lacking somewhat in terms of finish when compared to well known gunsmiths. Comes in a pelican case with 5 boxes of ammunition.
