The Winchester 1200 was introduced in 1964 as a less expensive option to the model 12 shotgun, incorporating a number of design changes to simplify the manufacturing process without impacting quality. This used example of a Model 1200, chambered in 20 Gauge is in excellent condition, with practically no wear. The length of pull appears to have been shortened and the pad replaced with a wooden plate.
